• To produce young artists (actors/writers/directors/theatre-makers), who are part of the creative and artistic energy of Nottingham

• Explore a wide variety of different styles of performance
  

• Provide a safe place for young artists to experiment creatively
  

• Create a community of young artists who support each other’s development
  

• Provide opportunities to work with guest practitioners
  

• Arrange regular theatre trips
